Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our candles! We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

  1. Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  2. Shipping Methods: We work with PostNL for all local deliveries.. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  3. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

  4. International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping. However, please keep in mind that there will be international shipping costs incurred. Upon selecting your country by checkout the international shipping charges will be calculated automatically by the weight of package/delivery destination. If your country isn’t listed, you can send us an email and we will have it sorted out. International packages are shipped with PostNL and typically arrive within 1-2 weeks, depending on your location.
    Important Note: International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying the customs duties and fees.

Return Policy

We want you to love your candles! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

  1. Returns: We accept returns on unused and unopened candles within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fourseasonscandles.nl with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  3. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
