1. How do I care for my candles?
We will always recommend that you abide by the warnings/burning instructions that are listed on a sticker that is attached to each and every one of our candles. Here’s a recap of our guidelines:
– Burn within sight
– Keep away from flammable objects
– Keep away from children and pets
– Trim wicks short before lighting (1/4"/6,5mm)
– Do not burn candle for more than four hours at a time.
– Put out the candle when only a small amount of wax remains.
2. Are your candles eco-friendly?
Yes! We prioritize sustainability by using natural ingredients, such as soy wax and cotton wicks, and we package our products with eco-friendly materials.
3. How long will my candles last?
Burn time varies by size and type of the candle. Check individual product descriptions for specific burn times.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened candles within 14 days after you have recieved your order. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. See our full return policy for more details.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.
6. Do you ship internationally?
